Chemical Injection Subs

The TIS Chemical Injection Subs are installed below grease injection control heads or slickline stuffing boxes and are designed to apply various fluids to the wireline during well service operations, including de-icing agents, corrosion inhibitors, and lubricating oils.

The TIS Chemical Injection Sub contains replaceable felt packings. The felt packings are soaked in the desired fluid and coat the wireline as it passes through the sub. 

  • 3.00” ID to 9.00” ID through bores
  • Standard or sour service
  • 5,000 Psi, 10,000 Psi and 15,000 Psi, working pressures
  • Choice of primary quick union connection
