Umbilical Reelers
TIS Umbilical Reelers are designed to accomodate umbilical products with multiple hydraulic, chemical, electrical and fibre optic power and signal cores.
Bespoke umbilical reelers can be configured to deploy and recover any length and diameter of umbilical product, with standard build types including IWOCS Umbilical Reeler Packages, Drilling Umbilical Reeler Packages Lubricator Valve Umbilical Reelers, Nitrogen Hose Reelers and Cable Reelers.
All reelers designed by TIS are CE marked in accordance with 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive)

Suitable for 94 mm OD by 1,000 m umbilical with 4 function lines, 10k slipring assembly connected in series with needle valves and pressure 2 x 7,000psi lines, 1 x 10,000psi line and a chemical injection line.

Electro-Hydraulic Reeler (TU-A-1018)
Suitable for 78 mm OD by 2,500m umbilical with a 12 pass hydraulic slipring assembly,designed for dynamic operation rotating under a maximum pressure of 12,000 psi, and a 66 pass Trollex electrical slipring.

TU-A-1019
Suitable for 64 mm OD by 3,000m umbilical with a Hydraulic 6 function lines, 10k slipring assembly connected in series with needle valves and pressure gauges. All ports ¼” line size. There is also a 16 pass electrical slipring on the opposite side of the drum.
