Hydraulic Power Units
TIS Subsea HPUs are specifically designed for operation with bespoke manufactured TIS Umbilical Reelers as part of a complete Intervention Workover Control System (IWOCS).
Units are built to be operator friendly, to allow for easy maintenance and to provide power and control to hydraulic or electrically driven umbilical reeler units.
Subsea Operations HPU (HP-U-1001)
Electric HPU with two 600 litre tanks and two 200 litre tanks
Outlet pressures of 3,000psi, 5,000psi & 10,000 psi are provided for two individual Hydraulic Systems
Test and Flushing HPU (HP-U-1002)
Air Powered HPU with integrated 250 litre tank, 3 air hydro pumps provide 2 outlets at 3750psi MWP & 9375psi MWP
Fully Enclosed BS EN 12079 ST-STL Frame
Test and Flushing HPU (HP-U-1003)
Electric HPU with two 600 litre tanks
Outlet Pressures of 3,000psi & 10,000psi are provided for 2 individual Hydraulic Systems
Electric and Pneumatic HPU (HP-U-1006)
Electric and Pneumatic HPU with 14 Pressure Outlets at 7,000psi & 12,000psi.
Air back-up is provided for the pumps. Full ST-STL DNV 2.71 enclosure
Electric Powered HPU (HP-U-1007-1)
Electric Powered HPU with 2 integrated 600 litre tanks
13 outlets provide pressures from 1,000psi to 10,000psi with chart recording points for line testing.
Electric Powered HPU (HP-U-1009)
Electric HPU with three completely separate hydraulic systems within the HPU; SIL, Client & Chemical Injection.
The unit is fitted with a total of four stainless steel fluid reservoirs, two of 1200 litre capacity for the SIL and a quantity of two 200 litre capacity for the client system
HP system max working pressure: 10,000 psi
MP system max working pressure: 5,000 psi
Electric Powered HPU (HP-U-1011)
Electric HPU fitted with two large capacity stainless steel reservoirs; these are the returns (1000 litres) and the supply reservoir (800 litres)
The hydraulic systems are supplied with pressure from four air driven primary pumps; two High Pressure (HP), the other two Low Pressure (LP). These provide an available pressure head of up to 12,500 psi (HP) and 5,000 psi (LP)
