1x 6-5/8″ Dual ‘Apollo’ Valve C/W Protection Frame Assembly
1x Elite Toolcatcher
1x Chem/Safety Hydraulic Stuffing Box c/w Top Sheave
1x 6-5/8 ” Hydraulic tool Trap
1x 6-5/8″ `In-Situ’ Test Sub
2x 10ft Lubricators
1x PCE Transportation Frame

TIS Pressure Control Equipment is designed to provide a safety barrier while deploying slickline or braided cable into a wellbore for a range of standard well intervention operations. All equipment in this package was built and certified in compliance with API-6A and SI-913 standards.
The 6-5/8” Dual ‘Apollo’ WLV is specifically designed for maximum reliability, flexibility and simplicity of use, while carrying out routine intervention work. The compact design is suited for offshore operations where the valve has to be lowered onto the xmas tree through a restricted hatch space.
The TIS ‘Elite Toolcatcher’ is designed to be installed below the stuffing box or grease injection control head and are designed to engage the fishing neck on the rope socket / cable head, in the event of the wire / cable being detached due to slamming. The fail safe design will automatically engage the rope socket / cable head requiring hydraulic pressure to release.
The Hydraulic Stuffing Box is designed to be installed on top of the lubricator stack and are used to facilitate a seal and retain well pressure around moving and stationary wireline. The operator friendly lightweight construction makes them especially good for man handling. They have been specially designed to increase the field service life of the wire. The Stuffing Box is also supplied with a Top Sheave.
The 6-5/8” Hydraulic Tooltrap is designed to be positioned on the lubricator stack between the bottom lubricator section and the wireline valve assembly. There function is to “Trap” the wireline tool string within the lubricator stack in the event of the wire / cable being accidentally stripped from the rope socket / cable head, preventing a possible fishing job or potential damage to the swab valve on the xmas tree.
The In-Situ Test Sub is designed to significantly reduce operating costs by removing the need to pressure test before every wireline run. The Pump-in Tees were designed to facilitate a sizeable fluid flow entry path into the surface pressure control equipment during well stimulation or hydrostatic testing operations.
The 10ft Lubricators were supplied, are pressure retaining cylinders used during well intervention operations, for tool deployment. Sections can be made-up together with an appropriate sealing device, to form an effectual operating height to retain the tool string complete with sub-surface deployment tool(s) being run or Retrieved from the well.
The PCE Transportation Frames were designed to provide a DNV-ST-E271 certified skid to transport and house the above pressure control packages.
